The course focuses on the following aspects:
- Overcome some of the problems associated with business writing in English, in particular layout, language and accuracy
- Lay out the most important forms of business writing
- Write in a natural, concise and readable style in English, and in an appropriate tone
- Produce all the common forms of writing for the workplace, including business correspondence, e-mails and memos, reports, minutes, notices and websites
- Develop reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in a vocational context
- Build up confidence in using English
- Become a more independent language learner
- Familiar with the directions for IELTS
- Use relevant strategies / skills that help them score well on IELTS

| The course is conducted in part-time mode and will be delivered by 90 hours face-to-face classroom instruction. the courses can be completed in 4 months. |

Each applicant must submit the following items during application:
- Completed application form
- Original and certified copies of certificates of educational qualifications
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- A copy of Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport
